After Reading Tallulah’s piece about supermarket music, I recalled wandering through one of the stores a few days ago, not really hearing the insipid sounds filling the store. Then I heard the lyric “Voulez-vous couchez avec moi, ce soir?” I wondered if the suits at corporate headquarters realize that it was a young woman asking someone to sleep with her tonight. Not exactly Family music, is it?
